Just wanted to let you all know how impressed I am with your products and
service. After talking with Mike about your flagpole choices, I purchased a 20'
telescoping mast with a 3' X 5' flag. That was Monday afternoon.
Yesterday afternoon it all arrived at my home, I opened the packages and everything was
there in good condition. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect when I ordered the
pole, but I was pleasantly surprised by what I received. It was even better than
anticipated. Even the nylon flag was a much higher quality than I expected and is a
great value for the price. Turn-a-round time from order to receipt was at least a day
quicker than I would have guessed. The included instructions are simple and
complete, and the mast lock ring was something I would not have even considered.
Now, here it is Wednesday morning and I'm pleased to be writing this note. I can't
wait to get the pole mounted and my flag flying. I'm already thinking of adding a
state flag, as well. I expect you'll be hearing from me again.

Just a quick note to let you know our display of
historical Texas flags was completed and was a smash hit this weekend. As I
mentioned to you, our house is in a historical district in Indianapolis and this weekend
was our neighborhood association's home tour. We mounted our "Six Flags of
Texas" (Gonzalez, Troutman Goliad, 1824 Alamo, San Jacinto, Bonnie Blue, and
Lone Star) above our foyer using wooden staffs and cyprus bases. It made a very
powerful presentation.
The quality of the flags is outstanding and we are very pleased with the results.
