Back to Help CenterWASHING, USING OR DEFACING ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM EAGLE MOUNTAIN FLAG AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES AS NON-REFUNDABLE NON-RETURNABLE.
Please call us at (800) 385-5605 or (512) 847-0010 to secure a return authorization number and the address to send your return to. Any returns sent back to an Eagle Mountain warehouse without proper RMA documentation will be refused.
About Restocking Fees
Eagle Mountain stands behind its products and will work with our customers to promptly correct, replace, or refund any defective items as quickly as possible. In the event that you have an ordered an item and wish to return it for a reason other than defects, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
For most products, this restocking fee can be up to 20 percent. Specifically for lights, this restocking fee can be anywhere between 20 and 50 percent, depending on the reason for the return.
In all cases, special orders and custom items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
